You will find the talks taking place in the Oakenham Suite which is found as follows:

From the main entrance, enter the show and turn right and go to the end of the hall.

Go out of the doors at the end of the hall and opposite is a lift. Take the lift to the second floor to find the Oakenham Suite. if you prefer not to use the lift, there is a staircase found by walking round the back of the stair well building.
