Your confirmation email will have come from Wix... 

We don't send out physical tickets...we ask you to give us your order number and email address 

on arrival and can source your ticket from that info. You then get given a wristband.

Prior to Friday morning you can email us to find out your ticket order number if you cannot find it.

We won't be answering emails promptly from Friday morning due to show set up

 and may not respond until late.

Children under 16 free

Carers tickets - free. Please email us with your Order Number to have an additional ticket added to your booking.

Quiet hour - This year we offer one session on Sunday morning 9-10am, however the last hour of the show on Saturday is also likely to be quiet so we are offering a limited number of lower price tickets specifically for those who can only attend at a quieter time.

Those attending quiet hour on Sunday morning may stay on if they wish. These tickets are regular price.

 

Payments can be made by credit or debit cards.

PLEASE NOTE: we no longer accept Paypal payments due to the cost of processing a payment under £10.
