As part of our 10th Anniversary celebrations this autumn, we’re launching Next Gen Stitchers…a new initiative celebrating the next generation of makers.

 Gen Z is embracing the joy of making, with knitting, crochet and other textile crafts enjoying a fresh wave of popularity among young people. In an increasingly digital world, crafting offers a creative way to slow down, switch off and make something by hand. We want to make it easier for young people to discover the joy of creating for themselves.

​

That’s why we’re offering 50 free show tickets to people aged 18–25 who have never learnt to knit or crochet, giving a new generation of stitchers the chance to come along, get creative and be part of Stitch Fest’s 10th Anniversary celebrations.

​

As part of the offer, you can also sign up for a free beginner knitting or crochet lesson, making it the perfect opportunity to try something new, learn the basics and get started with a new creative hobby.
