Saturday 4th November 2023 10.30 - 12.30
Participants will learn to weave a square piece of fabric which can be used as a mending patch, visible mending fabric or coaster.  Participants will be provided with the loom, comb, needle and yarn.  These will be yours to take home at the end of the session along with the fabric that you have woven on the loom.   Please bring a pair of scissors.
As enthusiastic weavers Gillian and Emma weave on rigid heddle looms and a floor loom creating unique luxury scarves, cowls and accessories.  They are passionate about encouraging others to learn to weave.  They design, make and sell small frame loom weaving kits and rigid heddle loom cowl and scarf kits using predominantly British wool from British sheep via their website www.tabbyandtweed.co.uk
