Saturday 4th November 2023 10.30 - 12.30
Come and make your own porcelain buttons using various mark making and texture making tools/materials. Your buttons will then be fired by Emily in her studio at home and posted to you afterwards. Postage in the UK is included in the price, as are Emily's time and kiln firing costs after the show.
(Please note you will need to pay any additional postage costs for overseas postage on the day as this is not included in the workshop ticket price. Bring some cash.)
 
All tools and materials are provided by the tutor. Please feel free to bring your own mark making objects, such as lace, seeds, twigs, leaves, etc. Please be advised that if you bring hand made objects such as old lace, that they may get damaged when rolled into the clay.
 
Em has a degree in ceramics and a history in textiles, so she makes tools for textile artists and brings them to shows around the UK.
