This relaxing class requires no previous experience and is a wonderful way to start a new hobby!

Chris Hart will be showing you how to make a simple frame loom and then you will go on to make your very own woven wall hanging. You’ll learn the basics and more stitches of tapestry weaving on your handmade  looms, using a selection of  yarns, fibre, roving and up-cycled fabric and when you leave you'll take home a beautiful, totally unique piece of modern home decor.

This style is great for beginners and fibre enthusiasts alike! It's meditative and also really stimulating!

Chris Hart is a lifelong crafter, these days focusing on spinning and weaving.  Chris has been weaving on and off since she was a child and in recent years has discovered the joy of the multi shaft loom! She is an experienced teacher and has won awards with the Devon Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers and also won a place demonstrating at the National Guild's Exhibition at Kilverstone House.
