SATURDAY 6th NOVEMBER 9.15-11.15am

Silks Room, Newton Abbot Racecourse

In this two hour class which is suitable for beginners, Lynne Dewberry of So To Felt will teach you to create a characterful sitting sheep with a mohair coat which is approximately 9cm long.

Through the project you will learn the basics of needle felting; what equipment & wool to use, how to make a shape using core wool and how to apply additional wool & details.

Lynne  started needle felting about 7 years ago & having learned the basics she moved on to creating her own designs. Themes of her work include woodlands animals, gardens & bees.  She dyes her own wool, designs needle felting kits & runs workshops. Lynne has an NCFE in Fibrecraft and is a member of the International Feltmakers Association
